- Optional: Information about the DG products your company handles and the job functions of the student
- Webinar Only: Shipping address for training materials (additional shipping charges may apply if registering less than two (2) weeks before the start of the training course)
- Webinar Only: Does the student already have current copies of the applicable DG Regulations or should we provide rentals?
