Before you begin this registration form, please note that you will need the following items to complete the registration. Also, please note that your form data will reset due to prolonged inactivity or if you leave the registration form pages.

• Student's full name and e-mail address
• Company name and address you would like listed on the training certificate
• Optional: Information about the DG products your company handles and the job functions of the student
• Webinar Only: Shipping address for training materials (additional shipping charges may apply if registering less than two (2) weeks before the start of the training course)
• Webinar Only: Does the student already have current copies of the applicable DG Regulations or should we provide rentals?
