ShipHazmat 2013 — Web Downloads

Important: On December 23, 2012, IATA posted an Addendum to the 54th edition of the Dangerous Goods Regulations. To view the full addendum published by IATA, please click here. ShipHazmat has been updated to reflect changes and corrections in the Addendum. Please update your software accordingly based on the versions below.

Full Installation Package

  • For stand-alone (single user) computer installations
  • For new installations and upgrades from previous versions
  • Instructions: Download/save the ZIP file, extract the contents of the file to a temporary folder, and double-click on the setup.exe file within the temporary folder to begin installation

ShipHazmat 2013 — Common and Known Issues

Issue: UN/ID number field does not prompt the Proper Shipping Name selection screen.

Issue: Run-time error '3265': Item cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.
Resolution: This error can occur when saving information in the bottom (third) section, causing the program to shut down unexpectedly. Download the latest update respective to the version you are using (available above) to resolve this issue.

Issue: Failed to install ISKernel files. Make sure you have appropriate privileges on this computer.
Resolution: This error can occur on Windows Vista operating systems and higher. To resolve this issue, please elevate your user privileges or set the compatibility mode for ShipHazmat 2012 to Windows XP. Issue: Error 1500. Another installation is in progress.
Resolution: This error occurs when multiple installations using Windows Installer are running at the same time. A common cause of this error is Windows Updates running in the background. Please verify that all Windows Updates have been downloaded and finished installation before installing ShipHazmat.

Issue: Data path is invalid.
Resolution: Verify that your network path is correct. Also, verify that the following file exists in your shared folder on the "server": SERVER-PATH\\SHLan\BDGFiles\License.bdg. If this file does not exist, please copy this file from your Server CD or from a previous installation. If you do not have this file, please contact our technical support department for further assistance at 1-609-860-0300.
