Why create an online support account?
After verifying your hazmat software purchase, creating an online support account allows you to download any software updates available and released throughout the year for free.
What if I'm not the person who purchased the software?
Currently at this time, you will need to contact the person responsible for purchasing this software and ask them to complete this form for you. They can then specify you as an allowable user below to log in and download software updates.
What do I do if I'm having problems with verifying my software purchase?
If your billing information and the information we have on file for your purchase do not match, please contact technical support for further assistance.
Are software updates really necessary?
Regulatory authorities can release several regulatory addendums and changes throughout the year. These changes can affect the compliance of your declaration of hazardous materials or dangerous goods shipment. We strongly advise you to check for software updates on a regular basis to remain in hazmat compliance.
