NOTOC Navigator®

NOTOC Navigator® works hand-in-hand with HAZMAT®. The program allows airline users to assign multiple shipments from the HAZMAT® application to single or multiple flights, quickly and easily. With multiple-ULD and "flight-manifest"-style NOTOC print-out capabilities, preparing dangerous goods air shipments has never been easier.

An airline must have the ability to handle large amounts of dangerous goods information in a timely and accurate fashion in order to meet time windows for departing or connecting flights. To address time, accuracy, safety and ICAO Chapter 4, 4.1, Information to pilot-in-command, and IATA Section 9.5.1, as well as the documents required by 49 CFR §175.33 and §175.35(a) and (b), the NOTOC Navigator® was created to combine all of these documents into one.

Key Benefits:

  • Flight information is stored perpetually in a database, allowing quick and easily retrieval of information and NOTOCs
  • NOTOCs can be sent electronically via Mappi compliant e-mail (or manually attached to non-Mappi compliant e-mail delivery systems) to any e-mail address on the Internet anywhere in the world, within seconds
  • Import HAZMAT® files to quickly combine shipments into one master flight file used to create the NOTOC form print-out
  • Transfer master flight files via a LAN/WAN configuration or electronic delivery to the next down line station for an instant, clear and exact copy of the NOTOC Navigator® print-out
  • Official emergency response organizations can download our NOTOC Viewer for FREE, allowing these organizations to view exact replicas (excluding signatures) of the original NOTOC carried by the pilot-in-command
