If you don't feel comfortable ordering online, that's okay! It's not a problem! The Bureau of Dangerous Goods
accepts all orders over the phone, too.

Shipping Options and Rates
There are no shipping costs associated with classroom training. Shipping costs may be applicable for
on-site training, based on the contract created.
We calculate our shipping cost for each shipping method based on the type and quantity of items
you order. Your shipping and handling charges are summarized at checkout and most packages in your
order can be tracked via our carriers' websites.
Payment Options
www.BureauDG.com accepts credit cards as payment.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and check cards, as long as they are connected with
one of the major credit card companies listed above. You can safely enter your entire credit card
number via our secure server, which encrypts all submitted information.
Authorizing Your Credit Card
When you place an order with us, we contact your credit card's issuing bank to confirm that your
credit card is a valid number and has not been reported as lost or stolen. We do this by requesting
authorization for the sale.
It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card
is finally authorized.
You are always welcome to submit new credit card information to us for a particular order, provided
that the order has not yet entered the shipping process.
