Dangerous Goods Training Cancellation Policy

Should training be cancelled for any reason, you will be notified as early as possible, allowing you to transfer to another class. Bureau of Dangerous Goods Ltd. will be limited to the refund of registration fee.

If you are unable to attend the training for which you are registered, you may:

  • Send another person from the same company in your stead, or
  • Transfer your registration to another date or location scheduled within 12 months of the original training date.
Full refunds for written cancellations notices must be received at least two weeks prior to the start date. Any written cancellations received after the two weeks of the start date will be issued an enrollment voucher, valid for 12 months from the date of issuance. This voucher may be redeemed for face value for any Bureau of Dangerous Goods Ltd. training class.

The Bureau of Dangerous Goods reserves the right to cancel programs two weeks prior to the start date. Should this occur, a full refund will be made or funds may be transferred to another program.
