Addendum to IATA Dangerous Goods Regulations, 51st Edition

IATA has released an addendum to the 51st Edition of the Dangerous Goods Regulations. Several State and Operator variations have been modified or added, several changes have been made with regard to battery-powered wheelchairs, and several corrections were made to various proper shipping name notes.
